Please arrive 90 minutes before showtime.
If you would like to work one of the receptions please let me know.
This will involve one or more of the following duties.
Selling drink tickets, pouring drinks, and overseeing food items.
The receptions are 1 hour.
Bring a something warm like a jacket or sweater, since we are outside on some of these and it gets very chilly.
If you are working the winery, bring a blanket or chair so you can sit and enjoy the concert.
If for any reason you have a change in plans or are unable to fufill your commitment you must call me before the concert.
